Kayas joined the First National team in May 2023. While pursuing his degree in Finance/Real Estate, Kayas spent four years working in sales/customer service at a major bank. He values responsiveness, following up with clients on the status of their requests and continuously managing their expectations. While he is a quick learner, Kayas stays curious and committed to building his knowledge. In his view, great service requires genuine connections and creating a relationship where clients feel heard and valued.

When he’s not adding value for First National borrowers, Kayas connects with family and friends, gets active playing sports and enjoys watching the next great series.
