Commercial credit team

Finding the best ways to get deals done

The credit team works with origination and investors to clarify viable opportunities and expedite them once they become files. In working closely with the origination team, the credit team reviews and adjudicates deals and structures transactions, so they can be funded efficiently. The goal is always to deliver feedback on what can and can’t be done within 24 – 48 hours, so originators only pursue viable opportunities. The credit team also represents investor interests, acting as a constructive voice of reason, so the right deals can be done in the right timeframes.
