Alessandro joined the First National team in 2021, after 10 years at one of the big banks. For seven years, Alessandro was part of the national real estate group at the bank, focusing primarily on construction financing. His portfolio included multi-unit residential, condominiums, retirement homes and industrial/commercial properties across Quebec.

Alessandro has always had a passion for real estate and the people involved in it. He purchased his first investment property at 20 years old, and appreciates the tangibility of the assets. The diversity in the deals inspires his creativity, and the required attention to detail and numbers savvy allow him to tap into his accounting background.

For Alessandro, customer service is about being proactive and forward thinking. He believes in being informative, frank and transparent. As a partner to his clients, Alessandro puts himself in his clients’ shoes and does the same level of research and due diligence he would do if he was investing in the deal. He wants to feel proud of every project he finances. The first to say he doesn’t have “hours,” Alessandro answers the phone wherever he is. He recognizes that good ideas come when they come and he wants to be available to brainstorm whenever inspiration strikes his clients.

Working at First National, Alessandro gets to fuse his two key passions – entrepreneurialism and real estate. He appreciates the flexibility and creative solutions. He is excited to have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of builders and developers, starting with them where they are and growing with them as they build their portfolios.
