Vishwa joined the First National team in May 2024. She brings more than seven years of experience to her role as Analyst. For four and half years prior to joining First National, Vishwa was an analyst in commercial appraisals, working on more than 350 properties (with a strong multi-family focus) with a total market value of more than $5.25 billion. Her technical proficiency includes conducting research and property analysis, using valuation methods and software to assess property value, evaluating financial documents and assessing risk factors. Vishwa has deep industry knowledge, understanding both commercial real estate trends and local market dynamics. A team player through and through, Vishwa’s optimism inspires her to see the glass as half full and take every opportunity to celebrate individual and team successes.

When she’s not adding value for First National borrowers, Vishwa feeds her newfound addiction to golf, tries out inventive recipes and enjoys long summer days outside.
